Next Generation Concrete Reinforcement

Our non-metallic reinforcements are made from carbon, basalt or AR glass fibers, which have up to eight times more tensile strength than conventional steel and outstanding corrosion resistance. Compared to conventional reinforced concrete, this means only a minimum of concrete covering is required.

The unique contex/Curve technology makes it possible to lay fibers in any orientation and 3D-shape. That enables targeted reinforcement and even higher strength. This makes our solutions very cost-efficient and sustainable.

Light and thin instead of heavy and thick. With contex/Mesh up to 80% less concrete is use and up to 100% steel reduction. Slim & durable design saves more then 40% of CO2 emissions through lower resource consumption, lower transport costs, lower installation effort and less renovations.

2x lifetime & durability

Due to their outstanding corrosion resistance and minimal crack widths, the durability and lifetime of non-metallic reinforced elements are exceptional.

contex/Mesh brings also greater resistance to seismic/crash impact with it. This applies to precast elements, new construction and renovations.

Smart Renovation

The use of contex/Mesh offers great advantages, especially in the refurbishment of existing structures. Thanks to the corrosion resistance and
the associated low concrete cover, a very high increase in load-bearing capacity of up to 60% can be achieved in existing structures with very thin
layers of top concrete. As a result, renovation is a more economically and sustainable solution than new construction in many applications.
